What to Expect in Class
A typical Shizentai class begins with warm-up exercises and breathing techniques (Ki no Remna), moves into partner-based Aikido — throws, redirections, and joint locks — and closes with stretching and quiet reflection. It is challenging, but accessible at every level.
Classes for Adults and Children
Adults: Build strength, flexibility, and confidence through traditional Aikido. Progress at your own pace in a completely non-competitive environment.
